  8. They won't need to go pee or poo.
  9. They don't need to be reassured or rewarded.
  10. They won't chase animals.
  11. They don't mark territory.
  12. They don't need to go to the vet.
  13. They are easily maintained (and cheaper too).
  14. You know when to let go.
  15. They don't require haircuts and nail clippings.
  16. Dogs are cute and cuddly, but watch out for the claws and fangs.
  17. No dog hairs on clothing, furniture and cars.
  18. Substantial savings on homeowner' insurance rates with security systems in homes.
  19. They don't dig holes.
  20. They don't need to be spayed or neutered.
  21. They don't get dandruff.
  22. They won't beg for food.
  23. They don't shed hairs.
  24. They don't track dirt inside.
  25. They don't get you wet.
  26. They don't chase cars.
  27. They don't chew shoes.
