Subject: Sudden death

Hi all friends of my sister Åsa. I don't really know where to send this message but I hope this is the right address.

My sister is no longer here for us. She died in her sleep last Saturday and we do not know yet what she died of. She was my only sibling and I am very sad as we all are. I know how much this mail-contact meant to her, so I felt that I had to write to let you know that it's not a computer problem this time when she hasn't answered your mail. She will no longer be able to answer anything...

I will end this letter with one of her favourite poems:

"Stop all the clocks, cut off the telephone,
Prevent the dog from barking with a juicy bone,
Silence the pianos and with muffled drum
Bring out the coffin, let the mourners come.

Let aeroplanes circle moaning overhead
Scribbling on the sky the message She is Dead.
Put crepe bows round the white necks of the public doves,
Let the traffic policemen wear black cotton gloves.

She was my North, my South, my East and West,
My working week and my Sunday rest,
My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last forever: I was wrong.

The stars are not wanted now; put out every one,
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun,
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the woods;
For nothing now can ever come to any good"
