The current rate for a room is $109.00 double occupancy per night. The cost for a suite is $149 per night. For each person over two in the room, add $10. All funds are in USA dollars. To get this rate, you must register for a room by July 1, 2002. After that date the rates will go up.

To register for a hotel room you may either email the hotel at Sheraton_Alexandria@sheraton.com or call the hotel at 888-627-7049. The toll free phone number is for the Sheraton Inn central reservation system. You may be told the rate is $114 but the Holiday Inn is picking up the extra cost and you should not have to pay more than $109 for a double occupancy. If you wish to call the hotel directly, that number is 703-836-4700. Be sure to mention you are part of the SayWhatClub or you may not get the rate or in the block of rooms we have reserved.

If you have previously registered at the Holiday Inn, there is no need to re-register at the Sheraton. Those reservations will be transferred by us.

If you are rooming with other people, only one needs to register.
