Dr. Scott Bally presents some common sense tips for more effective communication for persons with hearing loss. Dr. Bally is an Associate Professor in the Department of Audiology and Speech at Gallaudet University. He has worked with persons with hearing loss for over 30 years in community clinic, hospital, school and university settings. He is an old friend and long time member of SHHH, a popular and frequent speaker at national conventions and local chapters. He has written several books and conducted speechreading classes in the DC area on speechreading and communication strategies.
