Hotel Information and Reservations procedures

The SWC St. Louis con will be held at the Radisson Hotel and Suites in downtown St. Louis,  Missouri. Click on the link to see what the hotel has to offer. The link opens in a new window.

Rates are $109 plus tax for a single or double room. For over two in a room the charge is $10 person plus tax.

There are several ways you can reserve a room.

• Via the web: Go to www.radisson.com/stlouismo , select the dates you wish to stay, etc. and in the promotion code space type "say" without the quotation marks.
• Call the hotel direct: (800) 925-1395
• Call Radisson Central Reservations: (800) 333-3333
  

For the phone number options, be sure to give them the code "say" to be sure of getting the correct room rate.

All major credit cards are accepted and a card # or deposit is required.
All that is listed on the website!  It will automatically give you a confirmation upon completion of the reservation!
