Rates are $139 plus tax for a suite for up to 4 per suite. These rates are good for two days prior to the con start and two days after the con ends.

With either method, you must let them know you are with the SayWhatClub to be sure to get the group rate. You will need to provide your name, dates of your stay, your credit card information and the type of suite you prefer such as one King bed, two queen beds and whether smoking or non-smoking.

The room rate of $139 is guaranteed only until 6-09-08 so be sure to make your reservations.

Method of Payment: Individual guest will pay own charges upon arrival.  If other payment arrangements are required for guests of SayWhatClub, please contact us prior to guest arrival.

Guarantee Status:  Rooms can be guaranteed for late arrival to an individual’s credit card or by advance deposit.  A guaranteed room reservation assures a room for your attendee regardless of their arrival time.  Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date will be billed to the credit card or against the advance deposit.

Check-In/Check-Out:  Please note that check in begins at 4 pm and checkout time is 11 am .

Parking: A parking rate of $15.00 per car, per day
